The Board of Trustees, in accordance with Minn. Stat. § 43A.18, Subd. 3a, will establish and maintain a compensation plan for Minnesota State administrators called the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Personnel Plan for Administrators. Administrators covered by this Plan are assigned to positions determined by the Board of Trustees to be unclassified managerial in nature, as provided by Minn. Stat. 179A.10, Subd. 2. State Employees.
