12/15/20 – technical change to Part 5. Delegation/Rescission of Authority form location was updated.

01/08/20 – technical change to Part 5. Delegation/Rescission of Authority form location was updated.

02/07/17 – technical change to Part 5. Delegation/Rescission of Authority form location was updated.

1/25/12 - The Chancellor amends all current system procedures effective February 15, 2012, to change the term "Office of the Chancellor" to "system office" or similar term reflecting the grammatical context of the sentence.

05/17/10 - Establishes the requirement that delegation management will be retained at the institution. Deletion of references to prior biennium dates. Filing copies of delegations with other state agencies is no longer required. Technical changes including such items as consistent capitalization of positions and elimination of acronyms.

12/16/98 - Procedure 1A.1.1 was renumbered to 1A.2.2 to follow the policy change that moved Policy 1A.1 Part 8, Delegation of Authority to Policy 1A.2 Part 3 Subpart B.

08/01/96 - All delegations of authority executed prior to July 1, 1996 shall expire on that date.
