MN Perkins Consortia and Contacts

The MN Perkins Consortium partnership model represent an effective strategy for delivering comprehensive, high-quality and aligned CTE programs. By facilitating smooth transitions, aligning curricula with industry needs, and sharing resources, these partnerships create robust educational pathways that prepare students for successful careers. The consortium model were self-formed in 2008 and has, at least, one Minnesota State college and one school district, including charter schools.

Procedure for Appointing Consortium Coordinators and Fiscal Agents

When a Perkins Coordinator or Fiscal Agent vacates their position and a new person (or interim) is hired, member college presidents or district superintendents must notify the state director of career and technical education at the Minnesota State System Office (karl.ohrn@minnstate.edu) in writing to appoint individuals to these roles. An email from the college president or district superintendents will suffice. Refer to Section 4 of the Minnesota Perkins V Operational Guide

Below are the 23 Perkins/CTE Consortium partners. Each consortium listed below shows the following information:

  • College and School District Partnerships List
