Advanced GenCyber Camp

The Advanced GenCyber camp is for all students in grades 7 -12, ages 12-18, who are interested in pursuing technical knowledge in STEM areas. This camp offers topics such as building a PC, installing an OS, Python programming, Sphero programming, virtual reality (VR) explorations, mobile apps design, cyber safety, ethical hacking, network firewalls, blue team SOC skills, offensive security tools, forensics and defense strategies.

Painting Nature with Watercolors

In this four-day workshop, students will learn how to use watercolors to paint the beauty and diversity of nature. Each day will involve new watercolor techniques to capture the colors, textures, and joy of our natural world. Most of the painting sessions will take place indoors using photo reference and small nature items that can be brought into the classroom. No watercolor experience is required.

SCRUBS Camp

This camp will offer hands-on, engaging healthcare-related experiences for students, and an overview of exciting careers available in the field. Students will enjoy hands-on simulation and is for students who are interested in healthcare. Tour area medical facilities such as Essentia Health and St. Luke’s Hospital. Network with college students, faculty, and health professionals. Lunch is included.

Urban Biodiversity Camp

A two-day camp where students ages 12-14 will have a hands-on opportunity to compare the biodiversity found in Duluth's urban streams with what is found in north shore streams, and engage in invasive species removal and forest restoration.

Video Production Camp

Students will explore careers and interest in camera work and video production in a hands-on experience planning, shooting, and editing their own video projects. Students will also tour a local broadcast station to see the behind-the-scenes operations of local news.
