Appointment of President of Lake Superior College
The Board of Trustees, upon the recommendation of Chancellor James H. McCormick, appointed Patrick M. Johns as the President of Lake Superior College, effective July 1, 2010, subject to the completion of an employment agreement. The Board authorized the Chancellor, in consultation with the Chair of the Board and Chair of the Human Resources Committee, to negotiate and execute an employment agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Personnel Plan for Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Administrators.

Proposed Amendments to Board Policies
The Board of Trustees approved the amendments to the following policies:
3.24 System and Institutional Missions
3.29 College and University Transcripts
5.13 Information Technology Administration and 6.4 Facilities Planning.
