01/27/2021 – replaced “board” with the “Board of Trustees” in Part 3.

05/16/18 - Amended Part 1 to reflect new student association names. Applied the new formatting and writing styles which resulted in multiple technical edits.

03/16/16 - Updated the formatting and writing styles, in Part 5 the word “agreements” was made singular.

11/20/09 - reviewed, no changes.

01/20/05 - editorial changes; removal of obsolete language; definition of enrolled credit added; delegated authority to chancellor for agreement approval.

06/17/98 - Part 1 amended to recognize the MSCSA, effective 7/1/98.
