ST. PAUL, Minn., August 13, 2020 – Although I am deeply disappointed that the changes to the Title IX regulations proposed by the U.S. Department of Education are going into effect, we remain determined to continue our focus on making our campuses safer, more welcoming, and more supportive for all. We remain steadfast in our commitment to eliminating sexual violence in all forms and will take appropriate remedial action against any individual found responsible for acts in violation of our policy.
