Heartland ECSI is a billing service for the colleges and universities, not a collection agency. Heartland ECSI gives borrowers the ability to access their accounts by accessing Heartland ECSI's website. Through this site, you will be able to complete your exit interview, verify when payments have been received, update address and phone information, check on your account balance, obtain loan payoff amounts, or signup for electronic billing.
