Pursuant to Minnesota State policy 5.14 and Minn. Stat. 16C.16, diverse suppliers, partners, or subcontractors could receive up to 15 percent in the evaluation of bid opportunities.
To qualify for the Supplier Diversity program, participating suppliers, partners or subcontractors must meet the following requirements:
- Completion of the Supplier Diversity Form
- Be at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by women and/or minority on a daily basis.
- Certified by at least one of the following certifying agencies:
- Submit a copy of your certification.
